What to Expect

  • Prospect and identify potential school and district partners through outreach efforts including calls, emails, and social media
  • Qualify leads by understanding the needs and interests of prospects for hosting Book Fairs
  • Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy and support school communities
  • Manage sales pipeline by accurately tracking interactions and progress toward goals in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and stay informed about industry trends
What is Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or district/territory sales, event management, or customer service
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships with peers and customers
