What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and identify potential school and district partners through various outreach methods
- Qualify leads and set appointments for Account Managers based on customer needs
- Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote Book Fairs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress toward sales goals in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies and share industry insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or CRM software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for relationship building with customers and team members

- Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities
- Proven leadership ability in sales or customer service roles
- Experience in marketing and merchandising strategy execution
