What to Expect
  • Research and identify potential school and district partners through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and set up appointments for Account Managers
  • Establish rapport with educators and administrators to promote Scholastic Reading Events
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and track progress toward sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and improve effectiveness
What is Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or district sales, event management, and customer service
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation or CRM systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
