What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Research and identify potential school and district partners through various outreach methods
- Qualify leads by understanding the needs and interests of prospects for hosting Book Fairs
- Establish and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy
- Track interactions and progress towards sales goals in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve lead generation efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office software and experience with CRM or sales automation tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities
- Proven leadership abilities and qualities in previous roles
