Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or territory sales, event management, and customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management software
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities
  • Proven leadership abilities and qualities demonstrated in previous roles
  • Experience in marketing and merchandising strategy execution
