You will liaise between financial advisors and home office staff to ensure applications are processed accurately from submission through policy delivery. Confidentiality and professionalism are essential, and a background check and fingerprinting process will be required.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process insurance-related and investment applications in accordance with guidelines and submit to carrier for underwriting.
• Monitor application status, track outstanding items, and follow up to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Liaise between financial advisors, underwriters, and custodians to resolve paperwork issues and compliance concerns.
• Ensure timely submission of all documentation through processing platforms.
• Conduct routine follow-up on pending requirements and underwriting requests.
