Job summary

COUNTRY Financial's Donsbach Meinhart Agency in Effingham, IL is seeking an Associate Agent who will prospect, meet clients, and tailor solutions with COUNTRY Financial products to protect futures.

You will work closely with agents and customer care to grow our client base, promote the COUNTRY brand, and build relationships within the community. Schedule is Monday to Friday, in-person, with $16–$20/hour pay and benefits like PTO and retirement plan.

We are hiring an outgoing, highly motivated team member to develop prospective contacts and help grow our client base by tailoring to their needs while matching them with products that COUNTRY Financial offers.

As an Associate Agent you will foster relationships within the community while working side by side with our agents and our customer care representatives to promote COUNTRY Financial products including home, auto, and life insurance. This includes prospecting for new clients, meeting existing clients that visit our locations, marketing yourself and our offices in order to solicit the sales of our products.

The COUNTRY Financial - Donsbach Meinhart Agency is a growing insurance agency with 3 offices in Effingham. We foster a team-oriented culture, along with an independent creative thinking approach and problem-solving solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our valued clients.
• Ability to represent and market the COUNTRY Financial brand as well as yourself as a community member/business leader.
• Develop prospective contacts, meet with clients to tailor their needs while matching them with products COUNTRY Financial offers to protect them and their future.
• Work with the agents to establish and meet goals for both client and professional development.
• Educate clients of their options for managing their risk and protecting their financial future.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Self motivated.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in insurance sales and/or service is beneficial, but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
