Role OverviewWe’re seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Developer with strong knowledge of current industry trends, digital tools, and emerging technologies. This remote position is ideal for someone based in Central or South America who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and contributing to long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential clients in target industries across the U.S. and Latin America.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive lead generation and client acquisition.
- Leverage digital platforms (LinkedIn, CRM tools, databases) to prospect and build pipelines.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on staffing trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities.
- Represent Elite Corporate Solutions in virtual meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
- Track progress through KPIs and report results to executive leadership.
Qualifications- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in staffing or professional services).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of modern sales tools, CRM systems, and market intelligence platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with the U.S. staffing industry is a strong plus.
- US visa is a strong plus.
