New Business Coordinator

Regular Full-Time Lewistown, PA, US

We are seeking a diligent and motivated New Business Coordinator. This role manages the client service model and related system operations to improve customer service and support data-driven decision making. Works closely with Financial Advisors to review and refine client session outcomes and documentation. Oversees, assigns, and tracks action items to maintain smooth business workflow. Continuously monitors CRM activity, ensuring accurate status updates and progress tracking.

Qualifications:

• Aptitude for learning software programs, implementing systems and educating others on the use of such programs to enhance client servicing and sales opportunities.
• Ability to problem-solve situations and present solutions for implementation using process-driven approach.
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; these skills normally associated with education and/or experience beyond high school.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service abilities.
• Life/health insurance and annuities from the Pennsylvania department of Insurance
• Series 6, 63, 62 or 66, 7; Series 65.
