What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full new logo acquisition cycle from prospecting through close
- Build and maintain a 3-4x pipeline coverage through high-volume prospecting activities
- Run 3-5 high-quality discovery meetings per day to uncover business pain points
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans within 30 days
- Maintain exceptional Salesforce hygiene, including detailed account notes and accurate forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 1 year focused on new business development
- Proven track record as a top performer with success in closing new logos
- Strong discovery and qualification capabilities using consultative selling approaches
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive-level presentations
