Job summary

Ahead ABA in Rockville, MD is seeking a BCBA to support families in-home and in-clinic. This role offers day-one compensation and license assistance to help you establish your Maryland practice.

You will assess kids, write treatment plans, supervise RBTs in the home, and coach parents to sustain progress, all under the guidance of a clinical director and with a small caseload to learn effectively.

Excellent mentorship and a supportive team will help you grow as a clinician.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing
• Maryland license, or ready to get one. We help with the paperwork.
• A car to see families around Rockville and Montgomery County
