They assist in recruiting and hiring to keep the store fully staffed, manage store operations for consistency and compliance, and have prior retail management experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Be an ambassador for Spartina 449 at all times
2. Ensure merchandising and retail standards are maintained
3. Exhibit exceptional customer service consistently
4. Engage effectively with customers to understand their needs
5. Embrace Spartina 449’s core culture
6. Respond resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
7. Process sales and returns accurately and efficiently
8. Utilize basic selling skills to engage customers and present options
9. Create an inviting store environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization
10. Perform front-end duties such as cashiering, returns, and online order pickups
11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
12. Multitask across merchandising and sales responsibilities
13. Perform other duties as assigned
14. Assist the Store Manager in overall store responsibilities
15. Greet and assist customers promptly, creating a welcoming environment
16. Lead by example in sales, customer service, cash management, and inventory handling
17. Support the Store Manager in providing leadership and ensuring quality service
18. Use company tools to identify opportunities and develop improvement plans
19. Forecast and reforecast sales, focusing on productivity
20. Communicate regularly with the Store Manager about business trends
21. Collaborate with corporate to increase sales and expand markets
22. Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing staff development
23. Leverage staff strengths and create growth plans
24. Participate in hiring to meet business needs
25. Provide timely feedback and coaching to staff
26. Maintain store and staff appearance standards
27. Adjust schedules to maximize sales opportunities
28. Coordinate merchandising, replenishments, and promotions
