Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a New Account Installer to ensure new customers are highly satisfied. You will coordinate deliveries, install dispensers, and place products at the customer site, while delivering excellent service. The role requires driving a company vehicle and handling equipment safely.

Preferred applicants have customer service experience, tool use skills, and the ability to start within two weeks after an offer. This is a temporary, on-site position based in Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

• DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs must be met.
• Active driver's license is required prior to first day.
• Applicant must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification must be obtained.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and Cintas departments to coordinate initial delivery after sale.
• Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools.
• Ensure uniforms, mats and products are placed at the customer site as agreed.
• Set a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship with Cintas.
• Drive a company van or truck to new customer locations and deliver products.

Job Description

Cintas is seekinga New Account Installer to successfully ensure that new customers are highly satisfied with Cintas's products and services. Responsibilities include interacting with the customer and other Cintas Departments to coordinate the initial delivery of products to customers after the account is sold; installing and repairing bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools; ensuring the uniforms, floor mats and other products are left in a mutually agreed upon place at the customer's location;setting a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship with Cintas; driving a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations; and lifting, walking and delivering new products in the customer’s business.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements,qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Preferred

• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Plumbing experience
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
