Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a New Account Installer for on-site work in Portland, OR. You will coordinate initial product deliveries after sales, install dispensers, and ensure the customer site is set with uniforms and mats.

The role requires a valid DOT-qualifying license, 21+ years old, and DOT medical certification; experience with hand/power tools and customer service is preferred. Full-time schedule with 1st shift availability.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and eligibility to drive a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs under DOT.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a DOT medical certificate.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools.
• Coordinate initial delivery of products to customers after sale.
• Drive a company van or truck to customer locations.
• Set and secure uniforms, mats, and other products at the customer site.
• Lift, walk, and deliver products at the customer’s business.

Job Description

Cintas is seekinga New Account Installer to successfully ensure that new customers are highly satisfied with Cintas's products and services. Responsibilities include interacting with the customer and other Cintas Departments to coordinate the initial delivery of products to customers after the account is sold; installing and repairing bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools; ensuring the uniforms, floor mats and other products are left in a mutually agreed upon place at the customer's location;setting a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship with Cintas; driving a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations; and lifting, walking and delivering new products in the customer’s business.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements,qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Preferred

• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Plumbing experience
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
