Cintas is seeking a New Account Installer in Lexington, KY to ensure new customers are highly satisfied with Cintas's products and services. You will coordinate initial product deliveries, install and repair bulk dispensers, and arrange uniforms and mats at the customer's location with a focus on excellent service.

The role involves driving a company vehicle to customer sites, lifting and delivering products, and ensuring proper placement per agreement.

Qualificações

• Requires current DOT driving eligibility and a valid license.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of prior employment as part of onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools.
• Coordinate initial delivery of products to customers after sale with other Cintas departments.
• Drive a company van/truck to new customer locations and set up uniforms, mats and related products.
• Deliver, lift and arrange products at the customer's location per approved placements.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a New Account Installer to successfully ensure that new customers are highly satisfied with Cintas's products and services. Responsibilities include interacting with the customer and other Cintas Departments to coordinate the initial delivery of products to customers after the account is sold; installing and repairing bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools; ensuring the uniforms, floor mats and other products are left in a mutually agreed upon place at the customer's location; setting a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship with Cintas; driving a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations; and lifting, walking and delivering new products in the customer's business.

Skills/Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED

Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license


• Be at least 21 years of age


• Obtain a DOT medical certification


• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Preferred

• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry


• Route sales experience


• Experience using hand and power tools


• Plumbing experience


• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
