Job summary

Cintas is seeking a New Account Installer to ensure high customer satisfaction by coordinating initial product delivery after sale, installing and repairing bulk dispensers, and ensuring proper placement at the customer site. The role requires delivering with a company van, and physical tasks including lifting and walking at customer locations.

Strong emphasis on excellent service, coordinating with Cintas departments, and maintaining safety and product readiness across customer sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active driver's license required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Documentation of previous employment required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools.
• Ensure uniforms, floor mats and other products are left in the agreed location at the customer's site.
• Coordinate initial delivery of products to customers after the account is sold.
• Drive a company van or truck to and from new customer locations.
• Lift, walk and deliver new products within the customer's business.

Cintas is seeking a New Account Installer to successfully ensure that new customers are highly satisfied with Cintas's products and services. Responsibilities include interacting with the customer and other Cintas Departments to coordinate the initial delivery of products to customers after the account is sold; installing and repairing bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools; ensuring the uniforms, floor mats and other products are left in a mutually agreed upon place at the customer's location; setting a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship with Cintas; driving a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations; and lifting, walking and delivering new products in the customer’s business.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED

Requirements

• Have an active driver's license


• Be at least 21 years of age


• Obtain a DOT medical certification


• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Preferred

• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry


• Route sales experience


• Experience using hand and power tools


• Plumbing experience


• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
