Job summary

Cintas Corporation is hiring a New Account Installer in Mesquite, TX. The role involves coordinating initial deliveries, installing dispensers, and ensuring customer locations have the correct products in place. Driving a company vehicle is required, with emphasis on safety and service quality.

Successful candidates will meet DOT requirements, have a valid license, and be 21+ with the ability to obtain a medical DOT certification. Plumbing or tool experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements: active driver's license, at least 21, DOT medical certification.
• Preferred: customer service experience, plumbing experience, and experience with hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate initial delivery of products to new customers with the customer and Cintas departments.
• Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools.
• Ensure uniforms, mats, and other products are placed as agreed at the customer's location; maintain a high level of service.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations and perform lifting and delivery of products.
• Support ongoing customer relationship and service excellence at each site.

Job Description

Cintas is seekinga New Account Installer to successfully ensure that new customers are highly satisfied with Cintas's products and services. Responsibilities include interacting with the customer and other Cintas Departments to coordinate the initial delivery of products to customers after the account is sold; installing and repairing bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools; ensuring the uniforms, floor mats and other products are left in a mutually agreed upon place at the customer's location;setting a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship with Cintas; driving a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations; and lifting, walking and delivering new products in the customer’s business.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements,qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Preferred

• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Plumbing experience
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
