Qualifications

• Must be very detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Work well in a team atmosphere.
• Must have at least 2 years banking experience with new accounts experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and the use of various office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Audit a high volume of new and revised accounts for Checking, Savings, IRA, Time Deposit, and Safe Deposit Box.
• Audit for Personal and Commercial line of business to ensure compliance with regulations, procedures and policy including Estate, Trust, Rep Payee, Guardianship, Minor, etc.
• Prepare monthly exception report for location's outstanding documents.
• Scan audited documents into the management system.
• Assist banking center employees with new account setup and related issues.
• Handle a high volume of work efficiently and independently.
• Support projects and updates to core systems as needed.
