Qualifications

• Strong math and reading skills.
• Meets state regulatory standards regarding licensing and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Opens new Claims and completes three-point contact to gather information.
• Performs investigations to determine compensability and subrogation or apportionment.
• Sets reserves and maintains data integrity in the system.
• Creates action plans to bring cases to closure and negotiates settlements.
• Maintains regular contact with injured workers, employers and agents.
