  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with contracted providers through regular field engagement, site visits, and provider meetings
  • Represent the organization as a trusted clinical partner to IPA physicians and practices, helping align network strategy with value-based care goals
Quality, Risk Adjustment, and Patient Experience
  • Work with Risk and Quality leaders and Network Managers to improve performance on quality measures, including HEDIS, across contracted IPA offices
  • Develop network-wide programs to improve provider, clinic, and organizational performance in quality and risk, including program design and financial return-on-investment proposals when appropriate
  • Partner with the Network team and Patient Experience leaders to support improvement in patient experience measures, including CAHPS/HOS and NPS
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to clinicians and practices to support continuous improvement
Affordability and Utilization Management
  • Build and implement strategies to improve affordability across the IPA network, including opportunities related to referrals, emergency department utilization, admissions, and pharmacy use
  • Use medical metrics to identify performance opportunities, develop strategies, and support action plans that improve clinical and financial outcomes
  • Promote evidence-based medicine and managed care principles across the IPA network
Provider Education and Practice Support
  • Develop and implement education programs for providers and practice staff, including coding and documentation requirements, workflows, and performance metrics
  • Support provider understanding of value-based care expectations, quality performance, risk adjustment, patient experience, and affordability goals
  • Serve as a clinical resource and coach for IPA physicians and practice teams, helping translate performance data into practical improvement opportunities
Specialty Network Collaboration
  • Work with the contracted specialty network to support quality, access, and affordability
  • Partner closely with network leadership to strengthen relationships with specialty providers and align specialty network performance with broader market goals

Required Qualifications:
