Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA‑accredited law school.
• Active Nevada bar license.
• 3+ years insurance defense experience.
• 1–8 years of litigation experience including case strategy, depositions and trial prep.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload.
• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff at all experience levels.
