Qualifications

• Active Nevada OT license and current BLS/CPR are required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Field duties require reliable transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Employment is contingent on license verification, background and exclusion screening, competency validation, and required health clearances.

Responsabilités

• Complete assessments, establish and update treatment plans, provide skilled interventions.
• Supervise delegated OTA/COTA services as applicable.
• Document timely, educate patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
