Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular is seeking a Clinical Research Leader in Irvine, CA. The role leads one or more clinical trials within the Clinical R&D Department, collaborating across teams to ensure study milestones.

Hybrid remote work may be available; travel up to 30% is expected. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a life/physical science field, with 6+ years of clinical research experience (MS 5 years, PhD 3 years preferred).

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Physical Science, Nursing, or Biological Science.
BS with at least 6 years, MS with at least 5 years, PhD with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in clinical research or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage company sponsored clinical trials ensuring timelines and milestones.
Oversee feasibility, set up, conduct and closure of trials per ICH-GCP and SOPs.
Develop clinical trial documents (protocols, consents, CRFs, monitoring plans).
Ensure trial registration and data for publications; manage trial materials and CROs.
Coordinate with sites, IRBs/ECs, vendors and cross-functional teams.
Mentor resources and ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
