Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK is hiring a Neurovascular and Interventional Radiology Technologist for a full-time, 1.0 FTE daytime role. A $20,000 hiring bonus is available for eligible external hires who meet qualifications, with relocation assistance offered as well.

• Minimum 3 years direct work experience in cardiovascular and/or interventional radiology procedures as a Cardiovascular Technologist.

Description

We are hiring for Neurovascular and Interventional Radiology Technologist positions at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

• Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shifts, 40 hours per week.
• $20,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
• Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Assists cardiovascular Physicians in performing and completing invasive, interventional and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures in Labs using a variety of complicated/advanced equipment, monitors, devices, and supplies. Knowledgeable in Vascular, Cardiac, and Pediatric Procedural practice as well as emergent techniques/protocol. Assists in Quality Control checks/Quality Improvement Program. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes "team" concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy. Able to observe hospital and departmental policies on confidentiality. CVS patients served range from neonates to senior citizens.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Within 90 days of hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association
• Preferred upon hire
• 3 years Direct work experience in Cardiovascular and/or Interventional Radiological procedures as a Cardiovascular Technologist.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree from an accredited school with supervised clinical experience in invasive Cardiovascular, and/or Interventional Radiological procedures.
• Special Procedures/Cath Lab Cardiovascular Technologist experience.

Pay Range: $46.81 - $72.66
