• 3 years direct work experience in Cardiovascular and/or Interventional Radiological procedures as a Cardiovascular Technologist.

Responsabilités

• Assist physicians in invasive/interventional cardiovascular procedures with advanced equipment and supplies.
• Contribute to Quality Control checks and Quality Improvement programs.
• Maintain confidentiality per hospital and departmental policies; support team-based care.

Description

We are hiring for Cardiac Cath Lab Interventional Technologist position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

• Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shifts, 40 hours per week.
• $20,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
• Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Assists cardiovascular Physicians in performing and completing invasive, interventional and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures in Labs using a variety of complicated/advanced equipment, monitors, devices, and supplies. Knowledgeable in Vascular, Cardiac, and Pediatric Procedural practice, Neuro interventional procedures, as well as emergent techniques/protocol. Assists in Quality Control checks/Quality Improvement Program. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes "team" concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy. Able to observe hospital and departmental policies on confidentiality. CVS patients served range from neonates to senior citizens.

• 3 years - Direct work experience in Cardiovascular and/or Interventional Radiological procedures as a Cardiovascular Technologist.

Preferred qualifications

• Associate's Degree - From an accredited school with supervised clinical experience in invasive Cardiovascular, and/or Interventional Radiological procedures.
• Special Procedures/Cath Lab Cardiovascular Technologist experience.
