Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE: We note that the ranges below reflect the base (fixed) salary ranges in alignment with AAMC Benchmarks by each rank (~25th percentile AAMC). Faculty total compensation, which is variable based on production and academic output, typically ranges between the median and 75th percentile AAMC with opportunity to exceed beyond the 75th. Assistant Professor: The base salary range for this position has been established at $275,000 - $350,000. Associate Professor: The salary range for this position has been established at $300,000 - $375,000. Professor: The salary range for this position has been established at $325,000 - $400,000. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
