As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will run human studies from day-to-day execution through data collection and coordination, working directly with study participants and devices following approved protocols.

Responsibilities

• Execute human research studies according to approved protocols, safety procedures, and study requirements.
• Prepare research spaces, devices, materials, and documentation for participant visits.
• Guide participants through study visits professionally, clearly, and empathetically.
• Set up and operate non-invasive stimulation devices after completing training.
• Collect, enter, organize, and quality-check study data and source documentation.
• Support participant recruitment, screening, scheduling, consent processes, and follow-up as needed.
• Monitor studies for operational issues, protocol deviations, participant concerns, or safety events, and escalates them promptly.
• Coordinate with clinical, scientific, and operations teammates to keep studies moving efficiently.
• Contribute to experimentation, process improvement, and the development of scalable clinical workflows.
• Adapt to new protocols, research questions, and operating priorities as the company evolves.
