Neuralink in Texas is seeking a Neurosurgical Resident Innovation Fellow to train with our neurosurgical leads and assist or lead brain–computer interface procedures on cadavers or large animal subjects. You will refine techniques with technical teams and contribute to engineering evaluations of new surgical devices.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine; neurosurgery residency required.
• 1–2 years of neurosurgery in operating rooms.
• Expert knowledge of sterile fields, equipment, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Train with neurosurgical leads as assistant or primary surgeon for experimental brain–computer interface procedures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to refine surgical techniques and provide usability feedback.
• Participate in engineering design reviews for surgical robot developments.
• Guide study protocols with Preclinical scientists; ensure humane animal care.
