Integrity Medical Group | Summerfield & Clermont, Florida

Hello from Integrity Medical Group!

At Integrity Medical Group (IMG), injured patients are at the center of everything we do. We are a growing specialty medical practice serving personal injury patients throughout Central Florida, with a focus on exceptional patient experiences, clinical excellence, and coordinated care.

Our specialties include neurosurgery, orthopaedic spine, orthopaedic extremities, and interventional pain management. We work closely with our patients and physicians to develop individualized treatment plans and support each patient's journey toward recovery and improved quality of life.

IMG offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced neurosurgeons and orthopaedic surgeons in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider who values clinical excellence, demonstrates sound judgment, and takes pride in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Position Summary

Integrity Medical Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our specialty medical team. The position will focus primarily on neurosurgical and orthopaedic spine care, with exposure to orthopaedic extremities and interventional pain management as appropriate to the practice's clinical needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with our physicians to evaluate and manage patients, support diagnostic and treatment planning, monitor clinical progress, and coordinate follow-up care. This role requires strong clinical assessment skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within established clinical protocols and applicable scope-of-practice requirements.

This is a hands-on clinical role in a high-volume specialty practice. The position requires working at both our Summerfield and Clermont clinics, based on operational needs.

  • Evaluate and manage patients with neurosurgical conditions, spinal injuries, orthopaedic spine disorders, and orthopaedic extremity conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Review diagnostic studies, including X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and laboratory results, within the provider's authorized scope of practice.
  • Monitor patient progress, identify changes in clinical status, and communicate relevant findings to the treating physician.
  • Assist with appropriate in-office procedures and patient care activities consistent with training, privileges, and applicable requirements.
  • Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment recommendations, medications, and follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up appointments to promote continuity of care.
  • Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, attorneys, medical facilities, and other partners involved in the personal injury care process.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support efficient workflows, teamwork, and an exceptional patient experience.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of neurosurgical and orthopaedic spine conditions; experience with orthopaedic extremities is also valuable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain clinical information clearly and compassionately.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment.
  • Professionalism, accountability, initiative, and a collaborative approach to patient care.
  • Ability to work independently while recognizing when physician consultation or escalation is necessary.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems; eClinicalWorks experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
Education, Licensure & Experience
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse program.
