Health Here is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neurosurgery Unit to provide evidence-based nursing care for neurosurgical and complex medical patients in a teaching hospital setting.

You will perform neuro assessments, monitor patients post-operatively, administer medications, and coordinate interprofessional care while educating patients and families and supporting safe discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and neurologic monitoring
• Knowledge of post-op care and safety practices
• Effective communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment
• Commitment to patient education and quality outcomes

Responsabilités

• Perform patient assessments and ongoing neuro and post-operative monitoring
• Administer medications and deliver individualized nursing interventions
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary support teams
• Educate patients and families on care needs and health management
• Support safe discharge planning and transitions of care
• Participate in quality initiatives and continuous improvement
