Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in a physician practice.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations and overall performance of the practice to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve practice performance in areas such as employee turnover and patient access.
• Oversees budgeting and financial analysis, contributing to future budgets and needs.
• Monitors patient flow and provider time utilization with staff coverage.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including OSHA and AHCA.
• Resolves issues raised by physicians, staff and patients.
• Participates in market growth strategies and collaborates with regional leaders.
• Visits offices regularly and discusses performance with staff and physicians.
• Analyzes monthly financial statements and reports to summarize trends and variances.
