We are recruiting an experienced Neurosurgeon, focused on complex spine surgery, for our program on the Virginia Peninsula at Sentara CarePlex Hospital, a 224-bed community hospital and Comprehensive Stroke Center in Hampton, VA. (Not a Trauma Center)

Neurosurgery call will be 7 times a month with APP support.

Our system includes 12 hospitals, including a level 1 trauma center, which is the site for Eastern Virginia Medical School. We were named #1 Hospital in Virginia and one of the Top Five Large Healthcare Systems in the US by IBM Watson Health, also included on Forbes list of Best Employers.

Our large neurology department offers fellowship training in vascular neurology, neuromuscular disorders, cognitive disorders, headache, movement disorders, neuropsychology, and autonomic disorders.
