Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery in Sherman, Texas is seeking an advanced practice provider to join our clinic team. This part-time hourly role (20+ hours/week) offers collaboration with our neurosurgeon and PA, with opportunities to grow into a full-time salaried position while maintaining high-quality patient care.
You will see spine and neurosurgery patients in clinic, perform histories and exams, educate patients, and coordinate with our clinical team. Training is provided to support growth.
Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery is a physician-led neurosurgical practice in Sherman, Texas, with its own ambulatory surgery center. We care for patients with spine and neurosurgical conditions across North Texas and Southern Oklahoma, and we are a small, close-knit team that genuinely supports each other.
We are adding an advanced practice provider to our clinic team. This is a part-time hourly position, 20 or more hours per week to start. You will work alongside our experienced PA and our neurosurgeon, sharing the clinic workload and helping us see more patients without sacrificing the time and care each one deserves. The role is primarily clinic-based, with clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some surgery days may occasionally start earlier or run later. There is no hospital call and only very rare weekend coverage. As our patient volume grows, this position can move to full-time salaried.
New graduates are welcome. You will train directly with our neurosurgeon and an experienced PA, not through a rotating system of attendings. That means real-time feedback in clinic, case reviews, and graduated responsibility as your skills grow. From there, you can expand into surgical first assisting, take on a broader clinical role, and move to full-time as our practice grows.
$48 to $55 per hour based on experience, with performance-based bonus opportunities. We provide medical malpractice coverage and paid time off that accrues based on hours worked. As clinic volume grows, this position can move to a full-time salaried role.
Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery is an equal opportunity employer.
