Job summary

HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville is seeking a Neurosurgeon to join a well-established, collaborative team at its Comprehensive Stroke Center. This team specializes in neurosurgery, endovascular neurosurgery and interventional neurology.

You will practice in a state-of-the-art environment, with access to modern modalities including a newly constructed Bi-Plane IR suite, and participate in Level II trauma and stroke coverage with a 1:3 call schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible or board certified.
• Requires completion of a full ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency.
• Must have a Florida license or the ability to obtain Florida license prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in general neurosurgery call including supporting Level II Trauma Center and stroke call on 1:3 schedule.

Qualified Candidates/Details:

• Must be board eligible or board certified

• Requires completion of a full ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency

• Must have a Florida license or the ability to obtain Florida license prior to starting

• Will have the benefit of utilizing state-of-the-art modalities, including newly constructed Bi-Plane IR suite

• Join a DNV Comprehensive Stroke Center

• Incoming neurosurgeon will participate in general neurosurgery call including supporting Level II Trauma Center and stroke call on 1:3 schedule (usually combined coverage)
