Candidates must be board eligible or certified, complete an ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency, and hold or obtain Florida licensure.

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible or board certified.
• Requires completion of a full ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency.
• Must have a Florida license or the ability to obtain Florida license prior to starting.
• State-of-the-art modalities include a Bi-Plane IR suite.
• Join a DNV Comprehensive Stroke Center.
• Incoming neurosurgeon will participate in general neurosurgery call including Level II trauma and stroke call on a 1:3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Participate in general neurosurgery call and support Level II trauma center.
• Provide neurosurgical care within the Comprehensive Stroke Center.
• Collaborate with endovascular neurosurgery and interventional neurology teams.

Qualified Candidates/Details

• Must be board eligible or board certified
• Requires completion of a full ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency
• Must have a Florida license or the ability to obtain Florida license prior to starting
• Will have the benefit of utilizing state-of-the-art modalities, including newly constructed Bi-Plane IR suite
• Join a DNV Comprehensive Stroke Center
• Incoming neurosurgeon will participate in general neurosurgery call including supporting Level II Trauma Center and stroke call on 1:3 schedule (usually combined coverage)
