Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans for patients.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies and related therapies.
• Provide health promotion, disease prevention, and patient/family education.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and escalate care when needed.
• Participate in quality, safety, and education initiatives.
