Job Summary

Valley Baptist Medical Center – Harlingen is the Rio Grande Valley's largest hospital and a regional leader in neuroscience, operating as a DNV-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center with advanced neurodiagnostic capabilities and cutting‑edge technology including Brainlab and AIRO.

As a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist, you'll join a growing, hospital‑employed neuroscience program backed by a strong referral network and full administrative support – so you can focus on patient care, not overhead.

With privileges extending to our sister facility in Brownsville, this role offers real opportunity to shape and grow your practice within a health system that has earned consistent recognition for clinical excellence and patient safety.

  • General Neurology, employed full‑time position within a well‑established hospital‑based network
  • Outpatient‑focused practice with option to take inpatient consults
  • Strong referral base from primary care and specialty providers across the Valley
  • Privileges at Valley Baptist – Harlingen (586‑bed Level II Trauma Center) with potential for privileges at Valley Baptist – Brownsville
