Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens support to fill an inpatient neurosurgery need. The assignment offers full-time coverage with 4 shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and occasional weekend beeper calls.

Requirements include ACLS, BLS, WA license or Interstate Licensure, DEA registration, and Board Certification. Credentialing is 30–60 days; Epic is the EMR.

Qualifications

• Active WA license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact eligibility.
• DEA registration required.
• Board Certification required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• 4 shifts per week, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• First Assist experience preferred but not required.
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days.
• EMR: Epic.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient neurosurgery coverage.
• Occasional weekend beeper call on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Work in a full-time inpatient setting.
