Job summary

The University of Chicago's Department of Neurological Surgery seeks full-time Clinical Instructors for renewable terms of one year. The successful appointees will be physicians with subspecialty interest in neurosurgery.

Compensation is dependent on qualifications and benefits are provided. Prior to appointment, applicants must have a medical doctorate and hold or be eligible for state licensure in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Must have a medical doctorate or equivalent.
• Must hold or be eligible for medical licensure in Illinois.
• Physicians with subspecialty interest in neurosurgery.
• Fellowship training in functional neurosurgery welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical instruction in neurosurgery within the Department.
• Contribute to patient care alongside faculty and fellows.
