Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule APPs to ensure proper coverage, PTO, and CME.
• Assist in payroll data input for approval by Manager.
• Support shift assignment processes and internal workflows.
• Track, analyze, and report department data and metrics.
• Lead process improvements in collaboration with the Manager and Department.
