Guthrie is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Neurosurgery team in Sayre, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys complex patient care and collaboration with neurosurgeons and care teams.

You will participate in evaluation and management across the neurosurgical patient journey, from preoperative evaluation to postoperative follow-up, with opportunities to develop advanced skills within Guthrie's integrated health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania licensure.
• Current or eligible national certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and care-coordination skills.
• Neurosurgery, neurology, spine, surgical, critical care, or related clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with a broad range of neurological and spine conditions.
• Provide continuity of care across preoperative evaluation, postoperative follow-up, and ongoing clinical management.
