Guthrie Clinic in Sayre, PA, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Neurosurgery team. The APP will work closely with neurosurgeons and the care team on a broad range of neurological and spine conditions, providing continuity of care from preoperative evaluation to postoperative follow-up.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania licensure.
• Current or eligible national certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and care-coordination skills.
• Interest in neurosurgery and spine care; multidisciplinary experience preferred.
