HealthOp Solutions in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a physician-owned, hybrid outpatient/inpatient practice. The role blends outpatient consultations with elective and urgent surgical procedures, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery.
• Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Eligible for hospital privileges.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with neurological disorders requiring surgical intervention.
• Perform a broad range of neurosurgical procedures based on training and clinical expertise.
• Provide both inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams.
• Interpret imaging and diagnostic studies to guide clinical decision-making.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR.
• Participate in shared call coverage and collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, mentorship, research, or leadership opportunities as desired.
