MercyOne Des Moines is seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join our collegial Neurosurgery team. The role includes a competitive base salary with a 2-year income guarantee, a $100,000 bonus, moving allowance, CME funds, and substantial time off.

The practice features complex spine, neurovascular, brain and trauma cases with dedicated OR time, clinic RN support, and 1:4 call rotated with APP assistance. EMR transition planned from CERNER to EPIC.

Qualificações

• Board-certified/board-eligible neurosurgeon required.
• Willing to join a high-volume Level II trauma center.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex spine, neurovascular, brain and trauma cases.
• Two Clinic Days per week and 3 OR Days per week.
• No elective cases or clinic while on trauma call.
• Daily inpatient rounding with APP support.
• Call 1:4 with APP taking first call.
