Northeast Healthcare Recruitment in Carbondale, IL, seeks a Neurosurgeon for a full-time role with a unique two weeks on / two weeks off schedule and an average of 183 24-hour shifts per year.

The base compensation is $823,500 annually, with overtime at $4,500 per shift beyond the 183 cap, plus comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, 401k with corporate matching, disability insurance, CME allowance, and tail coverage.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a residency program in neurosurgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in neurosurgery.
• Illinois medical license to practice in the state.
• Strong surgical skills across a wide range of neurosurgical procedures.
