Job summary

Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Livingston, TX is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join our community-focused practice.

You will provide comprehensive surgical evaluation, operative care, and postoperative management for a broad range of conditions. Qualified candidates are board certified or board eligible in General Surgery with an active Texas license or eligibility and completed ACGME residency; the role offers Da Vinci robotic options, potential bariatric cases, and a supportive team

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our General Surgeon, you will join our established practice at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Livingston, TX. You will play a pivotal role in the continued success and development of our practice.

Every day you will provide comprehensive surgical evaluation, operative care, and postoperative management for a broad range of conditions.

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE General Surgeon with a passion for helping patients, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality comprehensive care within a busy community-focused practice.

Compensation and Benefits

We are offering a competitive base salary that includes guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, CME allowance, sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance, as well as 30 days off including time for sick leave, PTO and CME. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401k with match.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Active or eligible license in the state of Texas, or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Completion of ACGME Residency program
• American Board Certification and active BLS
