Job summary

Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI Health) is seeking a neurosurgeon to join a respected team providing comprehensive general neurosurgery services, including spine and tumor cases, in a hospital with an academic affiliation. You will work with a small team of MDs and an APP, with a 1:3 call schedule and options for an academic appointment.

The role requires board eligibility/board certification in Neurosurgery, Nebraska licensure, and DEA/BLS.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Neurosurgery.
• Ability to obtain Nebraska licensure.
• DEA Certification required.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general neurosurgery services including spine, brain and tumor cases.
• Participate in inpatient and outpatient care within a multi-specialty group.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and APPs; 1:3 call schedule.
• Academic appointment available if desired.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our clinical Neurosurgeon, you will become part of a highly respected team. You will join CHI Health, which is a member of CommonSpirit Health System - The Nations' largest faith based health system.

Every day you will provide comprehensive general neurosurgery services. You will have the opportunity to perform all general neursugers cases such as spine, peripheral nerve compression, brain & spine tumors, trigeminal neuralgia, trauma, and more. You will be part of a collabortive team of physicians and APP's.

To be successful in this role, you will be board eligible or board certified certified in Neurosurgery. This opportunity is well-suited for physicians passionate about providing comprehensive Neurosurgery services, a patient-centered approach, and a commitment to collaboration. You will also demonstrate excellent communication, sound clinical judgement, and the ability to thrive in a collegial, team oriented environment.
