Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to provide specialized inpatient neurological nursing care on a 30-bed Neuroscience Unit in St. Louis. The role emphasizes assessment, medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, and care planning using Epic EHR.

The incumbent will deliver hands-on patient care, collaborate with a supportive care team, and apply clinical skills to support recovery and wellbeing of patients with stroke, epilepsy, and Parkinson’s disease.

Qualifications

• RN: Nursing degree (BSN preferred), current Missouri RN license or permit, BLS certification.
• LPN: High school diploma or GED, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, current LPN license, BLS and IV certification.
