Kettering Health Main Campus is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for 12-hour day shifts. The RN will provide patient care using the nursing process in collaboration with the care team and operate within the legal scope of practice.

The role emphasizes patient advocacy, safety, and participation in performance improvement activities, aligned with the health system's mission and values. Competent teamwork and ongoing professional development are expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE)
• BSN preferred within 5 years of hire
• Returning to acute care after 5+ years may need refresher
• BLS certification
• ACLS, NRP, PALS as determined by unit scope of practice

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process in collaboration with other health care providers.
• Be accountable for professional development and practice within legal scope of care.
• Act as patient advocate to ensure safe care, including delegation and participation in performance improvement.
• Deliver nursing care aligned with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and nursing philosophies.
