Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids is seeking a registered nurse for the Hauenstein 3 Neuroscience Medical Surgical Unit in Grand Rapids, MI. The role includes caring for a mix of lower-acuity to non-intubated patients, with emphasis on stroke and neuro procedures, under Magnet designation.

You will work 12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver高-quality neuro care and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Michigan and eligible to practice.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; ADN required, BSN preferred.
• In Grand Rapids, ADN must enroll in BSN within 6 months and complete within 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for Neuroscience Medical Surgical patients including stroke, epilepsy monitoring, and trauma.
• Cover 12-hour night shifts with 7:00 PM–7:30 AM rotations.
• Collaborate with Magnet-designated facility teams and participate in shared decision making.
